The Tea Lady Ceremonies Tea Break Series brings tea rituals directly to you; a collection of virtual mini tea ceremonies to help you pause, to reconnect with yourself, no matter where you are in your day.

Each ritual in this series holds one quality. You choose the one that calls you; sit with your pot or mug of tea, and cultivate grace or groundedness, trust or joy, inviting the ease you create to gently influence the rest of your day.

Almost all of these tea rituals were recorded in the forest beside my home in Byron Bay. The birdsong you hear isn’t an audio overlay; it’s the real, living soundtrack to my own quiet moments with my own mug of tea.
